Refund policy


Mount10TV Refund Policy



At Mount10TV, we value our customers and stand behind the quality of our work. Because we provide custom home services (such as TV mounting, fireplace installations, and general handyman services), our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our technicians.



1. Service Deposits & Payments



  • All deposits are non-refundable once a service appointment is scheduled.
  • Final payment is due upon completion of services.




2. Refund Eligibility



Refunds may be issued only under the following circumstances:


  • If Mount10TV is unable to complete the scheduled service due to circumstances within our control.
  • If work is incomplete or not performed as described in the service agreement.
  • If materials provided by Mount10TV are defective (verified upon inspection).




3. Non-Refundable Situations



Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:


  • Customer cancels or reschedules service less than 24 hours before the appointment.
  • Services are completed as described and signed off by the customer.
  • Issues caused by customer-provided equipment, materials, or installation conditions outside of Mount10TV’s control.




4. Service Guarantee



Instead of refunds, Mount10TV may offer:


  • Corrections or adjustments to services if the customer reports an issue within 7 days of service completion.
  • A return visit at no additional labor cost (materials may be billed separately) if the issue is related to workmanship.




5. How to Request a Refund



To request a refund or service correction:


  • Contact us at install10tv@gmail.com or call 615-218-6058 within 7 days of service.
  • Provide your name, service date, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
